Villa 12 has a beautiful location by the rolling streams and is an ideal holiday home for larger groups. The villa consists of 2 floors and is suitable for 12 persons. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a sitting area and television, a dining table and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. In total there are 5 bedrooms, which are equipped with single beds and 2 bunk beds. Furthermore, there are 2 bathrooms with shower and washbasin and 2 separate toilets in the villa. Outside there is a shared terrace with the adjacent Family Bungalow 20. Family Villa 12 can be extended with Family Bungalow 20 to a house for 32 persons, whereby the dividing door can be opened. You can park 4 cars at Villa 12 and there is free Wi-Fi available.
